In BLOOD by ERIC R. PFEFFINGER, directed by BRANDI SMITH, friendship, big business and bodily fluid are fearlessly tackled.

In the dark comedy, SEX AND CIGARETTES by CORY HINKLE, directed by MICHELLE TRAVIS, Kate's 3:00 a.m. bad dream leads to her boyfriend, John's worst nightmare: the "relationship talk."

In SPORTS OR ELSE by AL SJOERDSMA, directed by GREGORY THORSON, Mad Man Mitch Martin may have accidentally murdered his wife but that doesn't stop him from doing his daily radio sports talk show.

In HEART OF THE FIRE by RICH ORLOFF, directed by FRANK PISCO, a waitress at an East Village bar gets an unwanted visit from a man she knows, with a request she'd rather not hear.

KISS ME, NATE by JOM DOYLE, directed by TONY HAMILTON is a light-hearted look at the trials of being an actor in New York.

FRIENDS OF THE DECEASED by JANE SHEPARD, directed by ANDREA TESTANI.

DRIVE by MARK YOUNG, directed by MARGIE LEMPERT.

THE RISEN CHRIS by VICKI CHEATWOOD, directed by LINDA AMES KEY.

Now in its fourth year, VITAL THEATRE COMPANY has mounted twelve full-length main stage productions, five short-play series and five installments of Vital Signs. In May of 2000, Vital Theatre Company received the Off-Off Broadway Review's Award for Excellence for its production of Shakin' the Mess Outta Misery.
