CALLING ALL TOYS!, an original musical with book by MICHAEL SCHLOEGL and music and lyrics by JOHN GREGOR, tells the tale of a selfish girl who gets more than she bargained for one fateful birthday. Her magical wish inadvertently brings her wizard doll to life and with a few magic words (wizardly wobbly!) and some help from the audience, the rest of her mistreated toys spring to life. Rag Doll, Bear and Etch-a-Sketch teach her a thing or two about gratitude and that it isn't a bad thing to be a little different.

Featured in the cast are KELLY HAYES, DIANNA DIPALMA, LEE OVERTREE, CRAIG FITZPATRICK, DAVID SHIH and MARCO JO CLATE. The production is directed by CARRIE LIBLING with costumes by CANDICE GUTTMAN, sets by JANE SHEPARD, choreography and stage management by MARCO JO CLATE.

VITAL CHILDREN'S THEATRE COMPANY has received high acclaim from audiences as well as critics for being "a wonderful place for parents to introduce their kids to the glories of live theatre, done well and at modest prices." Now in its fourth year, the company is dedicated to producing entertaining and educational theatre for young audiences.
