Vital Theatre Company’s Commitment to Security
Physical, electronic and managerial procedures have been employed to safeguard the security and integrity of personal information. Vital Theatre Company’s website uses secure servers for any credit card transactions and our ticketing service, iSeats.net, does the same. Personal information is accessible only by staff designated to handle purchases and requests. All Vital Theatre Company employees and contractors with access to personal information obtained are also bound to adhere to this policy.
Please note that we do not retain credit card information. If you choose to have us make automatic monthly withdrawals from your account, we do retain your credit card information for that sole purpose. These credit card numbers are kept in a secure, offline location with our credit card gateway vendor.

Vital Theatre Company collects the following types of personal information: names, postal and e-mail addresses, phone and facsimile numbers, donations, requests, and shows attended for our records, mailing list and statistical research.
Vital Theatre Company servers may record the numerical Internet protocol (IP) address of the computer you are using; the browser software you use and your operating system; the date and time you access our site; and the Internet address of the website from which you linked directly to our site.
This information ("Non-Personal Information") does NOT identify you personally. We use this Non-Personal Information to monitor the effectiveness of our site and identify areas of interest and improvements.

Unless you consent otherwise, Vital Theatre Company will use your personal information only for the purpose for which it was submitted, such as to replying to inquiries, processing billing and business requests related to program participation and updating our mailing list database. We will use such information to provide program record keeping and to conduct research on audience and show statistics. Every marketing email we send comes with an automatic "opt-out" link. You can also add or remove your name from our mailing list by contacting us at office@vitaltheatre.org.

Donating To Vital Theatre Company
Since Vital Theatre Company is a non-profit organization, all donations made to Vital Theatre Company are fully tax deductable. We keep accurate records of personal, business and private donations and send a thank you letter to the donor confirming the contribution received for tax purposes. Any contribution can be made “Anonymous” by simply noting that request with your donation. If donating in response to our yearly donor letter, simply write “Anonymous” in the line that states “Name as it should appear in program” and Vital Theatre Company will not release you name to the public. |
